About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, welcoming, and professional experience for patients from their first point of contact through the completion of their treatment journey
- Manage patient scheduling and bookings via phone and email; serve as the primary point of contact for in-clinic visits
- Process payments, submit insurance claims, and accurately input data to support patient retention tracking
- Organize, scan, and maintain up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Support physiotherapists by maintaining a clean and well-stocked treatment environment, including cleaning beds and replenishing supplies
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Proven track record of excellence in customer service and problem-solving
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanour
- Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Drive, Sheets, Docs, Calendar) is highly desirable
Job Type: Part-time
