Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together

The Senior Content Operations Manager is the operational hub of the TELUS Ecommerce production & creative process. In this role you’ll own intake and capacity planning, calendar governance, stakeholder management, and adherence to agreed processes and timelines for our design and production teams for TELUS.com and related platforms. You will ensure work flows through the team efficiently, consistently, and on time.

Here’s how

  • Own intake, triage and routing for production requests via JIRA or other systems.

  • Lead capacity planning across creative, content managers and QA teams based on campaign and initiative calendars.

  • Govern and communicate the centralized calendar for web/app updates and deployments. Hosts Stand Ups, Intakes,

Project Kick Offs and Departmental Performance Reviews.

  • Evolve production tools, intake processes, templates, ceremonies, capacity planning tools and documentation across

Ecommerce to improve operational efficiency.

  • Ensure documentation, ticket templates, and workflows are standardized and followed.

  • Act as the first line of contact for stakeholder planning meetings (e.g., Digital Sales, Lifecycle, Growth).

  • Participate in standups, sprint planning, and retros to stay aligned with product and delivery teams

  • Leverage analytics and performance dashboards to manage capacity and identify optimizations.

Qualifications

You’re the missing piece of the puzzle

  • 5+ years in digital project, content management or operations management.

  • Excellent stakeholder communication and multitasking ability.

  • Familiarity with Agile project workflows, JIRA, and content operations.

  • Proven experience working with enterprise-level content management systems (e.g., Contentful, Adobe Experience Manager)

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong project management skills

  • Knowledge of SEO, accessibility (WCAG 2.0 AA), and digital content best practices

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with cross-functional teams

Salary Range: $97,000-$145,000

Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
