Marketing Enablement Manager

ivy Group is leading the search for a Marketing Enablement Manager on behalf of a nationally recognized, purpose-driven organization with a strong social impact mandate.

This is a newly created role for a systems thinker who brings structure to ambiguity and thrives at the intersection of planning, process, and performance. You’ll be the connective tissue across a growing marketing team—aligning campaign calendars, resources, and budgets to ensure execution runs with clarity and speed.

You’ll work closely with brand, content, digital, product marketing, and agency teams to orchestrate how strategy moves into action. This role is perfect for someone who knows how to balance priorities, navigate trade-offs, and keep high-impact work moving forward.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead annual and quarterly planning across marketing teams and lines of business
• Own the integrated marketing calendar and campaign workflow—across channels, teams, and regions
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination, brief development, and milestone tracking
• Monitor and report on project status, resource capacity, and campaign readiness
• Support budget tracking and spend forecasting across marketing initiatives
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance marketing efficiency and agility

What You Bring:

• Progressive experience in marketing operations, program management, or campaign enablement
• Expertise in project governance, calendar and milestone tracking, and cross-team coordination
• Familiarity with tools like Asana, Hubspot, Salesforce, Marketo, or similar
• Strong budgeting acumen—able to track forecasts, actuals, and recommend reallocations
• Comfortable working in matrixed environments and supporting multiple stakeholders
• Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure—you keep the wheels turning
