The Position:
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the planning, preparation, and execution of B2B digital marketing campaigns to increase marketing qualified leads, drive new logo pipeline and create traction with target accounts across various platforms. The incumbent will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling online experiences that attract mid-market to enterprise clients, positioning Eclipse Automation as the premier automation solution for enabling the digital manufacturing. The Digital Marketing Specialist is also responsible for managing the development, implementation, optimization and analyzing of all email, advertising, SEM, content marketing, and direct marketing programs while delivering the Eclipse Vision and the Eclipse Entrepreneurial Culture.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and conversion
  • Lead the development, execution and optimization of all lead generation activity, including inbound and outbound programs
  • Set overall marketing goals to attain qualified pipeline aligned with sales goals
  • Plan, manage, optimize and execute all digital channels, including SEO/SEM, email marketing database, website, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Collaborate with the Content Marketing Manager to ensure consistent messaging and storytelling across digital platforms
  • Monitor key digital marketing metrics and provide regular performance reports and dashboards with actionable insights
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across various initiatives
  • Oversee A/B testing and conversion rate optimization strategies to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence, maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content and deliver insights from reporting/measurement
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and create landing pages for different campaign types and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Deep experience with customer journeys, building customer journeys and using i.e. Google or Adobe analytics to drive insight for action
  • Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content
  • Ability to develop ad copy and graphics for PPC campaigns
  • Deep experience working with HubSpot, Monday.com, SemRush, Hotjar, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Track and measure campaign performance, website analytics and user behavior to inform optimization efforts and identify areas for improvement
  • Utilize Google Analytics, social media dashboards, and other tools to track and analyze social media metrics, measuring performance and identifying opportunities for growth

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Design or equivalent
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise digital marketing with a proven track record of driving results
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (AdSense, Ad Manager)
  • Experience in setting up, managing and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns and Google Console.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Experience working with WordPress and other web content management tools
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and distribution best practices
  • Ability to analyze customer metrics, reports, and trends
  • Familiarity with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG
  • Solid experience using HotJar, Semrush, Ubounce, Monday.com, HubSpot, Canva, or other illustrative tools
  • Experience managing and increasing traffic to company blogs
