Cedarglen Homes, a leader in residential home building, is looking for a Service Coordinator to manage warranty service requests and ensure an exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and customer-focused, with an interest in home construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle warranty and service inquiries, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate with homeowners, trades, and internal teams.
- Problem-solve and negotiate solutions while fostering strong relationships.
- Work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in warranty service and customer support (administration, documentation, follow-ups, and negotiations).
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently with urgency and adaptability.
- Post-secondary education and computer proficiency are assets.
- Industry experience is preferred.
