Position: Oracle Retail Business Analyst (RMS = Retail Merchandising System)
Location: Hybrid – Vancouver, BC V6J 1C7, Canada - Remote Option: Not a remote role. However, if the profile is exceptionally strong, remote work may be considered. Occasional presence at the client site will still be required.
Must-Have Skills
- Good understanding of how retail businesses work, including things like product displays, pricing, managing stock, and supply chain processes.
- Familiarity with Oracle Retail software , especially modules like RMS, RPM, and ReSA.
- Strong skills in gathering business requirements, analyzing data, spotting problems, and designing solutions.
- Comfortable working with Oracle databases, writing SQL queries, creating data models, and connecting different systems.
- Able to run small test projects (proofs of concept) and compare different solutions to solve business challenges.
