CTMS Travel Group is scaling FAST and we’re looking for contract-based closers (SDRs) who can consistently book 10–15 high-value meetings/month with corporate travel decision-makers across North America and globally. We’re targeting companies dropping $100K to $2M annually on travel: group trips, events, logistics, private aviation, the real deal. No window-shoppers. No fluff.
What You’ll Do:
- Hunt mid-market and enterprise companies in high-spend travel verticals
- Reach out via cold email, calls, LinkedIn , and your own secret weapons
- Speak directly to C-suite, procurement leaders, and executive assistants
- Qualify and book meetings directly into the CEO & Director of Sales’ calendars
- Log everything in Pipedrive so we move as a unit
- Use our proven scripts and sales stack or bring your own sauce if it gets results
- Share weekly check-ins, no micromanagement, just momentum
Who You Are:
- A true hunter, you know how to find doors and kick them open
- Bold, persuasive, and smooth under pressure
- You treat your pipeline like your paycheck, because it is
- Based in North America preferred (but global grinders welcome)
- B2B sales experience: cold outreach, lead gen, appointment setting
- Bonus points if you’ve sold into travel, logistics, freight, or aviation
How You’ll Get Paid:
- Commission + Contract-Based : Earn as you produce, no cap.
- Get paid for every qualified meeting booked with companies spending $100K–$2M+ annually.
- Top performers unlock more leads, bonuses, and priority access to high-potential accounts.
- Long-term salaried roles aren’t given, they’re earned .
- Prove consistency, build trust, and we’ll talk full-time contracts, growth paths, and leadership opportunities .
