Personal Assistant / Right Hand to Entrepreneur (Montreal – Part-Time, Growing to Full-Time)

Hi there! My name is Samuel Girard, and I’m an entrepreneur with a fast-growing lifestyle brand in Montreal. Between scaling the business, developing new projects, and staying on top of personal health and travel, I’m looking for someone exceptional to help me run my life behind the scenes.

This isn’t just an errand-runner role. I’m looking for someone with great instincts, strong follow-through, and a personality that brings lightness and focus into the room. If you’re extremely organized, love systems, eat health goals for breakfast, and naturally take charge—this could be a game-changer for both of us.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Rotate healthy food options (meal prep services, private chef coordination)
  • Grocery shopping and weekly fridge/pantry organization
  • Organize and declutter home (closets, drawers, living space)
  • Be an accountability partner for workouts and personal/business goals
  • Book travel (flights, accommodations, Airbnbs, car rentals)
  • Research second home rentals (BC, Quebec)
  • Pack and return packages or manage deliveries
  • Plan personal events, outings, or seasonal experiences
  • Buy and wrap thoughtful gifts (clients, friends, team)
  • Run personal shopping errands (clothing, home goods, etc.)
  • Visit local storage facility to verify cleanliness, organization, and update inventory logs
  • (Optional) Capture behind-the-scenes videos and TikToks for content—TBD, but a creative eye is a plus

Who You Are

  • Based in Montreal, available in-person many days/week
  • Driver’s license required (you’ll be running errands, shopping, etc.)
  • Type-A energy: ultra-organized, punctual, and always a step ahead
  • Health-conscious and systems-minded: you keep your own life running well
  • Tech-savvy: comfortable with Google Sheets, social media, and ideally tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Zapier, etc.
  • Calm, grounded, and emotionally intelligent—especially when things are busy
  • Speaks English and French fluently
  • Loves helping and supporting, but knows how to take charge and lead
  • Detail-oriented with high personal standards: you triple-check, think ahead, and care

Role Details

  • Part-time to start (8–20 hours/week)
  • Potential to grow to full-time as business expands
  • Flexible schedule, but must be dependable and communicative
  • Pay based on experience and fit
