What You’ll Do in This Role:
- Support customers in both French and English (5–10% of interactions in French)
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to products, services, and member accounts
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies, compliance standards, and customer service best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive innovation, retention, and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, call center, or a related field
- Proficiency in both English and French—reading, writing, and speaking fluently
- OTL License (or willingness to obtain within 45 days of hire)
