Responsibilities:

Handle inbound service calls and schedule appointments efficiently

Confirm appointments and follow up with customers post-service

Coordinate with service advisors and technicians for workflow optimization

Provide clear and friendly communication to customers regarding wait times, repairs, and status
-
Manage online appointment bookings and respond to inquiries via email/text

Upsell service packages when appropriate
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role (automotive experience is an asset)

Excellent communication skills in English and French (spoken and written)

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Comfortable using scheduling software or DMS systems

Punctual, reliable, and highly organized
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00-$53,000.00 per year
