As a Customer Success Intern, you’ll work directly with the founding team to support our most strategic enterprise accounts - household-name e-commerce retailers doing up to $1B+ in annual revenue. You’ll help these customers maximize the value of our platform, uncover growth opportunities, and help build scalable, proactive customer success playbooks that can serve as a foundation for the future of the CS function at LTV.ai.

This is a high-impact role where you'll gain exposure to top-tier operators and cutting-edge technology in a fast-paced startup environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Act as a key supporting resource across our most important customer relationships - joining calls, taking notes, managing follow-ups, and helping drive key outcomes
  • Help translate customer goals into action plans in partnership with product, engineering, and marketing
  • Develop internal processes and success playbooks that drive measurable revenue growth and product adoption
  • Analyze platform usage and campaign performance to surface strategic recommendations and insights
  • Build scalable onboarding, engagement, and support resources to help customers win
  • Capture operator-level insights from calls, campaigns, and field feedback to inform product and marketing strategy

What we’re looking for (ideally):

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills - you know how to listen, empathize, and move people to action
  • A bias for execution—you’re organized, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Deep curiosity about e-commerce, retention marketing, and how the best brands operate
  • Comfortable interfacing with senior stakeholders and presenting ideas with clarity
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in tools like spreadsheets, dashboards, and Notion
  • Previous internship or experience in customer success, strategy, or client-facing roles is a plus

Compensation

  • Depends a lot on the person but we compensate A players well
  • Potential for full-time conversion if you're amazing
