Job Profile

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at DFI Piling, you will aid in strategy development and own the execution of our digital marketing initiatives, including website and social media platforms across the organization. This role is critical in expanding our brand presence, increasing customer engagement, driving qualified leads, and delivering executive-level insights to support decision-making.

You’ll manage digital growth projects across numerous websites, social media platforms, and paid/organic campaigns—partnering cross-functionally while exploring and applying AI-driven strategies to amplify outcomes.

Job Duties

  • Oversee the ongoing performance, security, and content strategy for all websites
  • Maintain, develop and execute website improvement strategies focused on user experience (UX), user interface (UI), SEO’s (regionalized) etcetera
  • Implement analytics and reporting tools (e.g., GA4, Hotjar, SEMrush)
  • Manage security and compliance protocols
  • Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn and Facebook to grow followers and boost engagement
  • Coordinate and execute paid and organic campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Sponsored Posts, etc.)
  • Optimize content and CTR improvement, including keyword research and competitor benchmarking
  • Develop and maintain publishing calendars and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Write, edit, and publish content that resonates with internal and B2B audiences in industrial, energy, and construction segments
  • Develop messaging for case studies, landing pages, ad copy, email campaigns, and social media posts
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to distill technical concepts into compelling narratives
  • Recommend and implement reporting dashboards and KPIs for campaigns, website traffic, follower growth, SEO, and lead performance
  • Support the evaluation and implementation of CRM tools to enhance visibility into pipeline health and marketing performance
  • Generate monthly executive dashboards with actionable insights
  • Identify and implement opportunities for AI tools to enhance content creation, campaign targeting, reporting, operational efficiencies, and customer engagement
  • Keep abreast of digital trends and innovations to aid in best positioning DFI
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Business Development to align marketing activities with organizational goals
  • Support regional marketing initiatives while ensuring global brand consistency (for example, Social Media Ambassador program)
  • Manage and collaborate with third-party consultants and agencies that support the marketing department, including Graphic designers, Event management professionals, Print and production vendors, etc.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing with a proven track record
  • Proficiency in SEO strategy, Google Analytics, WordPress (or similar), Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Experience working with and managing third-party vendors
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
  • Creative professional writing and editing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage digital growth strategies from concept to execution
  • Intermediate knowledge of website security and data privacy best practices
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Experience in industrial or B2B marketing (construction, energy, or manufacturing sectors preferred)
  • Familiarity with AI tools for marketing (e.g., Jasper, ChatGPT, HubSpot AI) and Microsoft Suite of products (e.g. Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint etcetera)
  • Graphic design ability using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
  • Experience supporting international or multi-region operations
