Office Administrative / Customer Service Representative
About the role
Bin There Dump That provides a fast, reliable and easy to use bin rental service to contractors and homeowners across the GTA while continuing to ensure excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:

Managing a large volume of inbound sales and inquiries via phone, email and online.

Process work orders and create customer invoices.

Building positive relationships with customers, ensuring all inquiries are handled appropriately to allow
us to continue to provide above and beyond customer service.

Data Entry: update and maintain customer records within database.
-
Marketing support to commercial sales team and online marketing coordinator.

Communicating pickup and deliveries with dispatch.
-
Filing, scanning, organizing receipts and documents.
-
Process payments with POS system.
-
Inputting data into billing software.
-
Problem solving and flexibility.
-
Memorize scripts and ability to adapt.
Requirements:

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Excellent written/verbal communication.
-
Interpersonal skills.
-
Organizational skills.
-
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
-
Flexible – must be able to work independently and with a team daily.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
