About the role
At MAD, every detail matters — right down to the way our products are packaged and shipped. As a Packaging Operator, you’re not just boxing up materials; you’re making sure each item is protected, accounted for, and ready to deliver a flawless customer experience.
You’ll be part of a team that keeps things moving — preparing components for shipment, catching quality issues before they leave the floor, and helping ensure nothing leaves our doors without meeting our standards. If you’ve got a great work ethic, an eye for detail, and a “let’s get it done” attitude, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Pack, weigh, and label products with care and precision.
- Inspect materials for defects — ensuring only the best makes it out the door.
- Keep accurate records of shipments and inventory.
- Move materials to the loading area and support order flow.
- Use basic hand tools and follow packaging instructions with confidence.
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and ready for action.
What You Bring
You take pride in reliable, consistent work — and you understand how important packaging is to the big picture. You likely have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting (preferred but not required).
- Basic hand tool experience and confidence following instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs (assisted if needed) and stay on your feet.
- A willingness to learn, stay organized, and help wherever needed
This is a day shift position based in Mississauga, ON: Monday to Thursday 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
