We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance Business Partnering team, reporting to the Assistant Vice President of Business Partnering for Corporate Expense Management.

What You'll Do Driving Business Performance
- Provide high-quality financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Drive expense planning, ensuring business activities align with corporate targets.
- Manage expenses proactively to achieve multi-year targets.
- Advise on operational reviews and expense planning processes.
- Benchmark expense performance against industry standards and recommend improvements.
- Deliver timely management information for decision support.
- Support initiatives that contribute to business growth.
Cost Management
- Implement a framework for expense management discipline.
- Ensure the use of reliable product/customer/segment cost information.
- Understand and manage the long-term cost structure.
- Challenge and account for Group Recharges.
Relationship Management
- Align FP&A with functions such as Capital, Actuarial, Pricing, and Claims.
- Collaborate with the FP&A team and external stakeholders.
- Provide insights and influence senior management.
- Strengthen relationships across the organization.
Strategic Management
- Ensure accurate financial assumptions in strategic planning.
- Develop expense planning models reflecting key value drivers.
- Measure performance against strategy and operating plans.
- Conduct competitor analyses.
- Promote a digital-first and customer-centric approach.
Performance Measurement and Management Control
- Integrate key financial and operational drivers into reporting processes.
- Develop efficiency metrics, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Track and analyze predictive and actionable information.
- Communicate performance towards business goals.
- Align financial and strategic plans.
Governance/Stewardship
- Deploy effective financial controls to mitigate risks.
- Adapt finance processes to meet changing business needs.
- Participate in business decision-making processes.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of post-qualification financial management experience (preferably in a P&C organization).
- CPA or equivalent qualification.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven leadership and motivational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives within a structured framework.
- Strategic understanding of the insurance industry.
- Experience with contract negotiation, business modeling, acquisitions, and integration.
- Sound understanding of financial, strategic, and performance management processes.
- Proven track record of leading change and displaying excellent judgment.
