About the Role
As our Business Development Associate, you will:

Work side-by-side with Directors of Business Development and the Vice President, Marketing & Business Development, for on-the-job experience and mentorship.

Attend industry events, networking evenings, and social functions, building connections with emerging leaders in architecture, design, and consulting.

Collaborate with our experienced proposal team to help develop winning submissions and presentations.
-
Proactively call on and foster relationships with junior designers, architects, and potential clients.

Learn the ins and outs of the construction and real estate industry from the ground up—no previous sector experience required!

Assist with market outreach strategies, event planning, and maintaining business development resources.
What We’re Looking For

Eagerness to learn and take initiative; a “go-getter” attitude matters most!

University or college education (all majors welcome; business, marketing, communications, or related fields an asset).

1–3 years of work experience in a sales, marketing, customer-facing, or client engagement role (internships count).

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable attending events, making introductions, and developing a professional network.

Team-oriented but able to work independently when required.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
