You’ll love it here! We are hiring immediately for a retail sales & technical service supervisor, which we call a team lead at Best Buy. In this role, you will lead, develop and support our computer solutions and services team and work together to create an amazing customer experience at the computer solutions services desk.

What you’ll do as a retail supervisor:
- Motivate and inspire your team to create an amazing customer experience
- Coach and support your team on customer service, sales techniques and technical procedures
- Provide information and expert advice on Best Buy products and services
- Share your passion for tech and your product knowledge to inspire customers to see what is possible with the latest technology
- Cultivate an inclusive team and learning culture
- Work with the store leader to measure and improve sales and services
What we’re looking for:
- 1+ years’ experience leading a retail team of at least 3 associates
- 2+ years’ of retail experience in a technical customer service or retail sales associate role
- Enthusiasm to welcome and assist customers
- Flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations in a fast-paced environment
- A commitment to maintaining a safe and fun working environment
