About the role
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience developing full-stack applications, ideally within high-velocity product teams
- Proficient in Go or a similar strongly-typed backend language, with a readiness to work in Go long term
- Expert-level knowledge of React and TypeScript, including component patterns, state handling, and performance tuning
- Experienced in building and consuming production APIs, preferably GraphQL, though REST is also valuable
- Comfortable with cloud-native infrastructure (ideally AWS) and scalable system design
- Solid database expertise—whether SQL or NoSQL—including schema modeling and query optimization
- Strong emphasis on code quality and observability, with a history of writing maintainable and well-tested code
- Excellent communicator in distributed environments—you bring clarity and leadership to discussions
- A product-driven mindset—you want to understand the “why” and collaborate cross-functionally
- Experience building or contributing to internal design systems or frontend platform tooling
- Familiarity with DevOps tooling like Docker, Terraform, Sentry, or Datadog
- Prior experience in early- to mid-stage startups or SaaS environments

- As we expand, we’re seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to help us craft scalable systems and deliver meaningful product features

- Build and ship end-to-end features across our stack—from backend infrastructure to polished user interfaces
- Architect backend systems in Go (Golang) with an emphasis on performance, scalability, and uptime
- Develop sleek, accessible, and responsive UIs using React and TypeScript
- Design well-structured APIs (primarily GraphQL), and help establish conventions around versioning, error handling, and schema evolution
- Investigate and resolve stack-wide performance issues, reliability concerns, and data inconsistencies
- Participate in technical design and roadmap discussions, helping shape the future of the platform’s architecture
- Offer mentorship and perform thoughtful code reviews that raise the standard of engineering excellence
- Collaborate with our DevOps team to ensure CI/CD reliability, effective monitoring, and operational resilience
