About the role
The City of Colwood has an exciting opportunity for multiple physicians to join our medical clinic team to serve the citizens of Colwood, British Columbia. Our ideal physician candidates should be qualified family physicians or graduating family medicine residents with broad knowledge and applied experience in the full workings of a community medical clinic, and who do not currently carry a patient panel in the southern Vancouver Island area. Additional must haves are enthusiasm, creative problem-solving abilities, a sense of humour, and a demonstrated commitment and passion for quality care, efficient service delivery, and collaborative teamwork.
As a Physician member of the City of Colwood medical clinic, reporting to the City appointed Medical Director, you will contribute your medical expertise and family medicine experience while working collaboratively within a team of Physicians and other clinic staff, providing quality patient-centred medical care to clinic patients in alignment with the clinic’s professional service standards and unique business model as set by the City of Colwood strategic plan.
