Most importantly, you deliver uncompromising quality in everything you do.
Your Experience:
In addition to everything outlined in “The Perfect Person for the Role,”
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping
- Experience supporting Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
- Experience supporting client invoicing and client program reconciliations, including investigating discrepancies and ensuring accurate billing
- Assisting with allocating costs to projects and programs, including preparing supporting documentation and journal entries as required
- Exposure to ERP or accounting systems (any platform)
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals including journal entries and reconciliations
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working in data-driven environments
- Experience assisting with month-end close activities
- Curiosity and a process-improvement mindset, with interest in leveraging ERP capabilities to improve accuracy, efficiency, and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
- A proactive, continuous-improvement mindset
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Exposure to Power BI reporting and analysis
- Project accounting or project costing experience
- Experience in CPG, technology, or SaaS environments
- Budgeting, forecasting, or financial reporting exposure
(These are assets — strong fundamentals and the right attitude matter most.)
