Job Description: Job Summary The Client Services Project Director is responsible for overseeing and managing client services projects within the organization in this case mostly focussed around law & class action. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to ensure successful client satisfaction and alignment with organizational goals.
Location: Canada
Language Requirement: French-speaking strongly preferred.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage client services project teams to deliver high-quality results.
- Develop and implement client services project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather client services project requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor client services project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on client services project status.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact client services project success.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the client services project team.
Qualifications & Requirements Education
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Preferred: Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience
- Required: Minimum of 7 years of experience in client services or a related field.
- Preferred: Experience in leading client services project teams and managing client services projects.
- Preferred: Background within Class Action, Law or Legal Services.

The Compensation range for this role is $129,000 (CND) up to $194,000 (CND) annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. This will be based on your background and skills alignment with the role.
