About the role
The Fill Crew Associate works in conjunction with Replenishment Management and fellow associates to maintain a full retail shelves and logistically accurate retail environment.
Policy, Procedures, Standards:
- Work in accordance with Canadian Tire best practices in service delivery, customer values, store operations, as well as relevant health and safety legislation.
- Engage in staff development initiatives to ensure standards are understood and met
- Keep current on the material contained within the Policy and Procedures Employee Manual.
- Follow store health & safety program and observe provincial occupational health and safety regulations; report any observed or potential hazards immediately
- Participate in All Store Meetings as well as Sunday/Monday morning meetings as required
Major Tasks and Responsibilities:

Maintain a professional appearance (uniform, hygiene, grooming & name tag)

Fill merchandise on floor and in storage according to established practices and policies
- Ensuring multiple locations are filled

Ambassador of the store, understand how to effectively hand off customers to Sales Associates

Act as support for sales associates as needed
-
Adhering to bin capacities in order to maintain proper logistical flow
-
Keep stock and storage areas clean, faced and orderly
-
Maintain stock rotation
-
Handle dangerous goods and hazardous products according to established procedures
-
Complete other tasks, as required
