Lead the adoption and effectiveness of agile methodologyinto our delivery practices and foster an agile delivery mindset. You’ll provide ongoing training with a focus on creating cohesive teams, and work with leaders to identify gaps, address issues and coach teams working with complex products.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the adoption of agile values
- Develop an implementation plan and manage the transformation backlog
- Research best practices and refresh team learnings
- Search or conduct training for colleagues
- Mentor agile business partner team
- Onboard and certify agile participants
- Facilitate workshops
- Participate in planning and inspect-and-adapt events

- Articulate communicator comfortable working with senior executives
- Educator able to make complex subjects understood by peers
- Facilitator who thrives in a fast-paced environment

What You’ll Need
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or commerce and at least five years of experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- A deep understanding of FCC business, functions and key relationships
