Position Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on SAP Business One Analyst with 2–3 years of direct experience working in SAP B1 environments. The ideal candidate understands end-to-end ERP processes and can support users, troubleshoot issues, and help optimize workflows across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain core SAP B1 modules including Finance, Sales, Inventory, Purchasing and Production.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely solutions for end users.
• Analyze business requirements and implement SAP B1 configurations to support operational needs.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries and reports (Crystal Reports, Excel integrations, etc.).
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage system upgrades, patches and new functionality rollouts.
• Document processes, workflows and system changes for audit and training purposes.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with SAP Business One (implementation, support, or user level 1).
• Solid understanding of core ERP business processes (finance, supply chain, manufacturing, etc.).
• Proficient in SQL query writing and Crystal Reports (Boyum experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$68,000.00 per year
