About the role

Quesnel is recruiting a Family Practitioner to fill 1.0 FTE to service the UPCC located at the site. You would be joining a multidisciplinary team of social workers, nurse practitioners, and mental health clinicians to address urgent community care needs pertaining to psychiatric services: urgent frail elderly care; complex disease management; and longitudinal/urgent care for the unattached patient population, in collaboration with local clinics to attach individuals to a Primary Medical Home. Hours of work are negotiable, with the flexibility to design your schedule. 8-4, 9-5, 10-6 are examples of schedules that would be considered. Bring your ideas!

This is a contract opportunity for $316,766 for 1.0 FTE + rural incentives.

We welcome NEW to practice physicians and have several supports available to ensure that your transition into the community and practice is as smooth and as enjoyable as possible.

Note: applications for LOCUM opportunities are welcome during the recruitment process.
