About The Role As our Lifestyle Assistant you will help plan and organise a whole variety of activities for our residents to create a fun and interesting environment for them. You will also offer comfort and company on a one-to-one basis for any residents unable to undertake the activities.
Here’s some other important things you need to know:
- You must be alert at all times to our residents’ physical and mental well being
- Organise and accompany Residents, where possible, to off-site activities, which may occasionally take place out of normal working hours
- Understand and ensure the implementation of the Care Homes Health and Safety policy, and Emergency and Fire procedures.
