About the Role:
Xiphias , the digital marketing subsidiary of Crunch Network , is looking for enthusiastic and confident Marketing Interns to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, on-camera role ideal for individuals passionate about social media, digital branding, and creative storytelling. As a Marketing Intern, you will represent various retail clients across platforms like TikTok , Instagram , and YouTube Shorts , helping bring their brand to life through engaging short-form content. You will participate in ideation, filming, interviews, and creative campaigns that reach real audiences and deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an on-camera representative for client brands in short-form video content
- Collaborate with the creative team on content planning, script development, and trend research
- Assist in filming, editing, and posting to social media platforms
- Engage with online communities and contribute to brand voice and consistency
- Participate in behind-the-scenes marketing support and brainstorming sessions
Requirements:
- Must be 16+ years old
- Strong energy, confidence, and comfort being on camera
- Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and social media trends
- Content creation experience is a plus, but not required
