A Day in the Life A Day in the Life Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Coordinates Supply Planning activities to support the sub region finish goods projected demand at sustainable inventory levels.
- Provides timely visibility regarding supply disruptions to the local businesses, works with upstream Supply Chain to mitigate gaps.
- Coordinates local execution of mitigation plans, prioritizes inbound process, monitors inventory health, owns stocking strategies at the countries and supports the local business in detecting excess and coordinating depletion plans.
- Supports business execution of new programs and initiatives that include promotional activities, forecast and coordination for key events, new product launches, and network redesigns.
- Analyzes, develops, and implements long-term supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues and production location decisions in support of business goals.
- Monitors key sales and operations planning performance indicators, cost-to-serve performance data, and coordinates cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives.
Must Have:
- Bachelors degree with 2+ years of relevant experience in Supply Planning, Demand planning and supply chain or related.
Nice to Have:
- Fluent English
- Excellent customer skills.
- Contacts others to share information, status, needs and issues in order to inform, gain input, and support decision-making.
- Knowledge in SAP.
- External interactions are less complex or problem solving in nature.
- Learning agility (super important)
- In Communication and Influence needs to be able to educate and influence internal customers with higher seniority (Commercial and Marketing Managers and Directors).
- Lean six sigma knowledge.
- Experience in Power BI navigation and report analysis.
- Experience in medical devices, pharma or related industries is a big plus.
- Knowledge in S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution) and S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning).
- Manugistics/Blue Yonder DRP modules knowledge.
