We are looking for experienced customer service professionals with a background in luxury hospitality, concierge services, or premium client support to join our Client Support team in our Vancouver office.
About the Role
As a Client Services Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring that their needs are met with professionalism, discretion, and efficiency. You will:

Manage client requests via phone and email, providing seamless, high-touch support

Schedule service calls and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely responses

Monitor and respond to security events with a calm and professional approach

Handle inquiries and problem-solve in real-time, ensuring a smooth client experience

Ensure accuracy in scheduling, reporting, and follow-ups, upholding Provident’s service standards
Who You Are

Experienced in high-end customer service (hospitality, concierge, or premium retail preferred)

A strong communicator, able to engage confidently and professionally with clients

Calm under pressure, with the ability to problem-solve quickly and effectively
-
Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in every interaction

Comfortable with technology, including CRM systems and digital communication tools

Unlike most security firms that contract out alarm monitoring or installation services, Provident provides a truly end-to-end solution. We own our own 24/7 central monitoring station in Kerrisdale where we manage security services for our approximately 6,000 Vancouver and Whistler clients.
