Key Responsibilities
-Oversee the company’s digital presence, including website, social media, and content creation.
-Generate thought leadership content such as webinars, blogs, and e-books to position them as an industry authority.
-Prepare professional presentations and videos for various stakeholders, ensuring consistent and compelling brand messaging.
-Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences and differentiates our offerings in the market.
-Design and implement growth strategies across paid, organic, and referral channels.
-Build and optimize the marketing engine using advanced marketing technologies and tools
-Develop and communicate the product vision, aligning internal and external stakeholders around the product roadmap.
-Design and deliver sales training sessions focused on effectively communicating the product’s value proposition.
-Provide expert support for tradeshows, webinars, seminars, and other customer engagement events.
-Lead the go-to-market strategy with a strong sense of urgency.
-Drive digital lead generation initiatives to boost sales pipeline and customer acquisition.
-Analyze competitor offerings and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
-Conduct market research and competitive analysis to deeply understand customer needs and market dynamics.
-Manage and nurture relationships with executives, sales teams, and key customers to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
Job requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field from a Canadian University
>Minimum 3 years of experience in technology marketing, IT product management, brand storytelling, or content creation roles, ideally in a startup environment.
Hands-on experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot or similar.
Strong understanding of technology and a genuine interest in AI and LLM (Large Language Model) products is a big asset
Proven track record driving growth in subscription models
Demonstrated experience presenting regularly to C-level executives
Proven experience in managing social media platforms, blog writing, and website maintenance.
Experience working in agile environments and familiarity with Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and marketing performance metrics.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
