About the Role
We’re looking for a thoughtful, adaptable, purpose-driven strategist, facilitator, and relationship builder to join our team as a Service Lead - Strategy Facilitation. In this role, you’ll design and deliver high-quality strategy facilitation, manage client projects, and help strengthen our network and presence in BC. You’ll work closely with our core team and contractors, nurture strong client relationships, contribute to business development, and contribute to both the delivery and the backbone of our work. You’ll report to the CEO and have autonomy and flexibility in how you deliver your work.

What You’ll Do
Client Service & Delivery
- Bring leadership to R&R’s strategy facilitation process design
- Facilitate board and senior-leadership strategy sessions
- Lead client projects, from scoping to delivery
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, surveys, focus groups, and research
- Write clear, insightful summaries of engagement insights
- Apply equity and anti-oppression principles in all facets of your work
Regional Relationship Building
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with mission-aligned organizations in BC
- Represent R&R at relevant local events and contribute to visibility in the sector
Project & People Management
- Manage client projects
- Manage internal and external collaborators on client work
- Onboard and support contractors and collaborators
- Ensure client deliverables are high-quality and aligned with scope
Process Codification & Internal Leadership
- Develop and improve internal tools, templates, and processes
- Contribute to operational planning, systems, and strategic development
- Help shape R&R’s organizational culture and ways of working
Supporting Areas
- Contribute to business development and proposals
- Share digital content and insights that reflect R&R’s work and values
What You Bring
- Expertise in facilitation, strategy, organizational development, or a related field
- Experience working with social purpose or public service organizations
- Experience managing complex projects and teams
- Facilitation expertise and ease (in-person and virtual)
- Training or experience with equity, anti-oppression, and inclusive practices
- A collaborative work ethic, balanced with strong self-management
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Tech-savvyness (Google Suite, Zoom, project management tools)
- Bonus: Experience in a consulting environment
- Bonus: Facilitation Certification
- Bonus: Proposal writing and business development experience
