begins with every client interaction—and that starts with you. We’re hiring an Office & Clinic Administrator
to ensure the smooth daily operations of our clinic and to support both our clients and team members.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings meticulous attention to detail, and enjoys supporting a collaborative, mission-driven team. You will be the welcoming face of our office and the behind-the-scenes organizer that keeps everything running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Reception & Client Experience: Greet families and visitors, answer calls and emails, and ensure all interactions reflect the professionalism and warmth of The Red Oak Centre.
- Clinic Operations: Oversee daily office functions including room bookings, supply management, and general office organization.
- Technology & Systems Management: Master our client management system (Jane App) to support booking, forms, and practitioner needs.
- Team Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Centre’s founders and collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary team.
- Professionalism in Action: Maintain a positive, composed presence in a fast-moving, client-facing environment.
- Prioritization & Organization: Stay on top of multiple moving parts with thoughtful task prioritization and strong follow-through.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Friendly, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
- Extremely detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills—written and verbal.
- Comfortable using tech platforms like Google Workspace and Jane
- Experience in customer service is an asset.
- Undergraduate degree preferred.
