Home Staging Manager
Top Benefits
About the role
Are you an experienced, organized, and hands-on home staging professional with a business mindset?
A dynamic and well-established company in Vancouver is looking for an experienced Home Staging Manager to join our team. We serve clients across the Lower Mainland and are looking for someone passionate about transforming homes for sale, not someone pursuing a career in interior design.
This is a long-term, leadership-focused role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, physical, and practical environment. You’ll be responsible for planning and executing property stagings, managing inventory, leading a staging team, and ensuring every project runs smoothly and efficiently. A keen eye for style is important, but this position is about execution and logistics, not just design concepts.
You’ll be actively involved in every part of the staging process - moving furniture, setting up rooms, and making homes shine for the market. You'll also take the lead on key administrative tasks like preparing quotes, coordinating with clients, and managing day-to-day operations. A confident communicator, you'll help articulate the value of our services and drive growth through relationship-building and upselling to realtors and homeowners.
Please note: This is not just a design position or a stepping stone into interior design.
We’re looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about home staging and ready to take full ownership of our staging operations. If you're business-minded, adaptable, and ready to lead a successful, growing team... Let’s talk!
Bonus items that motivate and set us apart:

- Able to prioritize and manage a range of responsibilities
- Valid BC driver's license

- A constant drive to improve the experience of clients and our internal processes: "How can I make things better?"
