Drive Efficiency and Innovation Throughout Our Distribution Network
As the Manager, Supply Chain Strategy & Optimization, you will lead the transformation and continuous improvement of our supply chain operations nationally, with a specific focus on leveraging Manhattan Warehouse Management Software (WMS) to drive efficiencies across our distribution and transportation networks. Led by the Chief Supply Chain and Merchandising Officer, this role will best suit a strategic thinker with a track record of driving end-to-end supply chain optimization through data-driven insights, cross-functional leadership, and deep systems expertise.

- Develop and lead the execution of supply chain optimization strategies from inbound logistics to last-mile delivery.
- Align supply chain initiatives with corporate goals to improve service levels, reduce costs, and enhance operational performance.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Manhattan WMS, including configuration, implementation, and ongoing optimization.
- Collaborate with IT and operations to ensure WMS integrates effectively with transportation management (TMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or process redesign across the supply chain.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.
- Lead and mentor functional support teams including Warehouse Management Software Analysts & Project Support specialists.
- Communicate effectively with executive stakeholders on supply chain performance and strategic initiatives.
We’re looking for:
- College Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain, with a Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) designation preferred.
- 5–10 years of hands-on experience working with logistics, warehousing and transportation systems with a proven track record of optimizing supply chain performance.
- Strong understanding of supply chain functions from planning through distribution, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.
- Experience integrating WMS with ERP and other systems to streamline data flow and improve functionality across platforms.
- Skilled in analyzing performance data and developing KPIs to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Effective at working across teams to align system capabilities with business goals.
- Occasional travel to our Dealer Support Centres in Wetaskiwin, Alberta, and Debert, Nova Scotia, will be required.
