Central Island Veterinary Emergency Hospital is focused on rebuilding a strong, professional, and supportive team environment. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of shaping the culture and standards of a hospital committed to collaboration, growth, and high-quality medicine. As we move forward, we are looking for a Medical Director who is eager to partner closely with hospital leadership; sharing ideas, contributing to team development, and supporting a culture of respect, accountability, and continuous improvement. Your voice and experience will be valued as we rebuild and strengthen every corner of the hospital. In this role you will be supported by our National Medical Director.

If you are an experienced veterinarian with proven leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills we want to hear from you! This role demands proficiency in diagnostic and surgical skills, along with exceptional customer service that fosters loyalty and trust with clients. Our spacious and modern hospital has emergency and surgical facilities, advanced dental equipment, ultrasound, endoscope, digital x-ray, and an in-house lab. What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • A valid veterinary license from an accredited university
  • 5+ years of clinical experience, 2+ in an ER setting
  • Enthusiasm, energy, and a positive attitude are a must
  • A strong desire to educate and build solid relationships with your team as well as clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
