The Electrical Technician Product Support is the first point of contact for Titan’s end-use customers and represents the voice of customer within our organization. The Electrical Technician Product Support is passionate about helping customers resolve issues and realize the value that our products and services bring to the market. In addition to customer-facing support, the Electrical Technician Product Support is a critical source of feedback on how Titan can improve our products and services to better serve the entire mobile liquid transportation market.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via telephone to our customers: capturing their information, pain points and step-by-step troubleshooting as required
- Manage service-related, customer touchpoints, including: phone calls, emails, chatbot, and web forms
- Manage and maintain the service pipeline from call to resolution, using the Hubspot CRM to log, track, and resolve service tickets
- Escalate service tickets to technical resources as needed
- Customer focus: Implement process improvements, as necessary, to provide the best overall customer experience
- From time-to-time, support customers with remote program installation, troubleshooting (via telephone or in-office testing) and repair of Titan products
- Assist in building and maintaining product training content for internal and external stakeholders
- Local travel within Edmonton and Alberta required as needed
- Some travel within Canada and the USA may be required
- Participation in rotating schedule of on-call telephone support evenings & weekends required
Experience and Skillsets:
- Post-secondary education in electronics or instrumentation, or related
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a customer-facing role, such as technical support, customer support, or inside sales
- Valid Class 5 Driver's license required
- Experience using a CRM or ticketing software platform
- Experience using Hubspot considered an asset
- Experience assembling, repairing, or troubleshooting electronics considered an asset
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- A strong, demonstrable track-record in customer satisfaction
- Experience in the trucking, liquid measurement, or Petrochemical industry
- Ability to manage multiple customer issues at once, prioritizing accordingly
- A self-starter, motivated and excited to build training programs
