The Opportunity This is a full-time, on-site position in Comox, BC for a Financial Planner. You’ll have the opportunity to work in a supportive, entrepreneurial environment where you can grow professionally while making a meaningful impact in your community.

Responsibilities Conduct personalized financial needs assessments

Develop and implement tailored financial plans

Educate clients on retirement strategies, insurance, and wealth-building options

Stay up-to-date with financial products, market trends, and regulatory changes

Build lasting relationships with clients while guiding them toward their financial goals

Qualifications Proficiency in personal financial planning and retirement strategies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability

Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively

Prior client-facing experience is a plus

A background in finance, economics, or related fields is preferred

Licensing A financial services license is required for this role.

If you are not currently licensed, we provide guidance, mentorship, and full training support to help you obtain your license.
