Key Responsibilities:
- Handle approximately 80% phone-based customer service and 20% back-office tasks
- Vet client files and follow up on missing documentation
- Communicate clearly with clients in both English and French
- Utilize systems like CART, Synergy, and Odyssey to manage workflows
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Excellent bilingual communication skills (English/French)
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented with a clear speaking voice
- Basic understanding of AML/KYC (preferred but not mandatory)
