About The Role WDHS is currently seeking a suitably experienced individual to provide Administrative Support for the CMO and Medical Workforce team. This important role including calendar management, acting as a meeting secretariat and preparing and distributing formal correspondence. The successful candidate will liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, including other health services, the Department of Health and internal departments including the Finance, People and Culture, Quality and Risk Management and Health Information. The position will also work closely with other Executive team members and their Executive Assistants.
Formal qualifications in business administration and/or extensive experience in an administrative role in a Health Service would be highly desired.
You Will Bring
- Business administration qualifications or administration experience
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of team
- Skills in prioritising workload
- Current driver’s licence
- Some afterhours work may be required in this position
- This position will entail some on call work
