Here's what we are looking for:

Job Description:

• Manage day to day operations of the location
• Ensuring superior level of client experience
• Weekly one on one Results meeting with upper Management
• Weekly one on one’s with all Team members
• Inventory and Ordering
• Employee Schedules and staffing
• Dealing with any Customer complaints or issues
• Maintain a superior level of cleanliness and organization in your Waxbar
• Organizing Secret shops to maintain quality and ensure Waxologists are performing all services at WAXON’s standard
• Performing biannual performance reviews for your locations Employees
• Reporting

Requirements:

• Responsibility to hit sales objectives and remain on budget
• Maintaining a superior level of service
• Lead and grow the WAXON team
• Motivating and coaching your team to hit Monthly targets and goals
• Follow WAXON policies and procedures
• Maintain adequate service supplies

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
