About the role

Job Summary:

The Client Solutions Team is the frontline of our customer experience — delivering expert-level support, relationship management, and configuration guidance to ensure our clients are set up for success. You’ll act as a trusted partner, helping lenders configure their systems, answer complex inquiries, and navigate our platform through email, live chat, and video calls.

We’re looking for someone who is not only tech-savvy and client-focused but also motivated by the potential to take on greater responsibility. If you’re driven and committed, this role can be a launchpad to long-term growth within the company.

Essential Functions:

Act as the primary point of contact for client-reported issues via email, chat, or video conferencing.

Set clear expectations, timelines, and deliverables when assisting clients.

Assist with the technical setup and configuration of loan products, user roles, workflows, and system permissions.

Host live walkthroughs, product Q&A sessions, and support calls for individual users and small client teams.

Confidently present to users with varied technical skill levels, simplifying complex software concepts.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues or escalate as necessary.

Build and nurture long-term client relationships through consistent and proactive communication.

Document all interactions in our CRM and contribute to our knowledge base.

Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, Product, and Onboarding teams to ensure seamless client experiences.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience in Technical Support, Client Success, Onboarding, or QA Testing in a software environment.

Strong communication skills, especially in explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.

Detail-oriented and methodical with excellent documentation and organizational skills.

Able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Comfortable presenting to small groups via video calls.

Position Status: Permanent

Salary: $62,000 +

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Work Environment: In-Office
