About the role

Position Summary

Bluum is seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain and Inventory Analyst to lead inventory and supply chain analysis, optimization, and coordination across multiple regional facilities in the US and Canada. This strategic role supports Bluum’s K20-focused sales efforts by delivering actionable insights for end-user computing devices (laptops, desktops, Chromebooks) and integrated AV solutions. The ideal candidate brings expertise in supply chain and inventory control to develop views, reports, and KPIs that optimize inventory levels, strengthen the supply chain, and enhance cash flow efficiency. Leveraging enterprise systems and tools, the candidate will implement controls and governance to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive inventory views, reports, and KPIs, including stock turnover rates, aging inventory, and working capital utilization.

  • Analyze inventory and supply chain data across regional warehouses to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and areas for deeper analysis, delivering actionable insights.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement inventory optimization initiatives and broader supply chain improvements.

  • Partner with the finance team on modeling and forecasting, including key metrics such as inventory turns, cash flow efficiency, and supply chain costs.

  • Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity, enabling reliable reporting for forecasting, planning, and supply chain performance tracking.

  • Design and implement process controls and governance frameworks, ensuring compliance and efficiency within Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) tools.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of inventory and supply chain planning experience, with a focus on analysis, reporting, and KPI development.

  • Advanced analytical skills with a track record of deriving insights and recommending optimizations for inventory, working capital, and supply chain performance.

  • Proven expertise in managing inventory and supply chain data across multiple locations.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with supply chain, finance, and cross-functional teams.

  • Proficiency with inventory management software, data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, ERP systems), and WMS, ERP, and MRP platforms.

  • It will be necessary to participate in upgrading courses from time to time to keep abreast of changing policy, technology, and growth.
