We are looking for reliable, customer-focused Budtenders to join our cannabis retail team at our Tillicum location. This is a part-time position with flexible hours available.

Evening and weekend availability is essential to meet our staffing needs. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts throughout the week, including daytime (8:45 AM – 4:45 PM) and evening shifts (3:15 PM – 11:15 PM), is highly valued. Applicants should have:

• Selling It Right certification (required)
• At least one year of retail or sales experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills
• Proven reliability and accountability
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Positive attitude and professionalism
• Willingness to learn
• Cash handling experience
• Inventory experience (asset)
• Basic knowledge of cannabis products (asset)
• Ability to lift, bend, and climb ladders
• Comfortable working in small teams and in close proximity with others
• Ability to enforce BC Cannabis regulations, including strict ID verification
• Must be bondable
• Willingness to use Slack for team communication and updates
• Willingness to use the Push app for scheduling and accessing paystubs

We are a family-owned business seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team! Our cannabis store operates from 9 AM to 11 PM, and we are currently looking to fill evening and weekend shifts.

Cannabis knowledge is a plus but not required. We offer a fast-paced, fun environment with plenty of room for growth and advancement within the company. Employees with cannabis experience or significant retail experience will start at $21 per hour.
