About the role

Principales Responsabilités
Ventes et développement des affaires :
- Acquérir de nouveaux comptes d’affaires en mettant l’accent sur les services d’entreposage, d’exécution et de transport.
- Atteindre les objectifs de croissance annuelle des revenus (généralement une augmentation des revenus facturés de 1,5 million de dollars).
- Élaborer et tenir à jour des plans de vente stratégiques et des plans de comptes clients.
- Fournir des présentations PowerPoint pour informer les clients sur les services.
- Effectuer des études de marché pour rester à jour sur les tendances de l’industrie et la concurrence.
Gestion des comptes et soutien à la clientèle :
- Gérer les relations avec les clients par le biais de communications et de suivis réguliers.
- Assurer la réussite de l’intégration des nouveaux clients, y compris la coordination des exigences opérationnelles et informatiques.
- Maintenir les mises à jour du CRM, préparer des rapports et participer aux revues trimestrielles des activités (QBR).
- Aider périodiquement à la formation et travailler avec les superviseurs/gestionnaires de comptes qui gèrent les clients actuels.
Opérations et coordination :
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la direction des opérations pour aligner les besoins des clients avec les offres de services.
- Collaborer avec divers départements pour ouvrir des comptes, mettre en œuvre la tarification et assurer une prestation de services sans faille.
- Participer aux réunions de vente régulières et aux appels de vente hebdomadaires
Exigences minimales
- Diplôme universitaire ou collégial en administration des affaires, en vente, en marketing ou en logistique.
- 3+ ans d’expérience dans la vente dans le transport LTL de préférence.
- Forte mentalité de vente avec une approche de chasseur.
- Maîtrise de MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Excellentes compétences en communication, en négociation et en établissement de relations.
- Solides compétences en gestion du temps et en organisation.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
- Permis de conduire valide et transport fiable.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
- Acquire new business accounts with a focus on warehousing fulfillment and transportation services.
- Achieve annual revenue growth targets (typically $1.5M billed revenue increase).
- Develop and maintain strategic sales plans and customer account plans.
- Provide PowerPoint presentations to educate clients on services.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competition.
Account Management & Customer Support:
- Manage customer relationships through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Ensure successful onboarding of new customers, including coordinating operational and IT requirements.
- Maintain CRM updates, prepare reports, and participate in quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
- Periodically assist in training and working with account supervisors/managers managing current customers.
Operations & Coordination:
- Work closely with operations management to align customer needs with service offerings.
- Collaborate with various departments to open accounts, implement pricing, and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and weekly sales calls.
Requirements and Qualifications
- University degree or college diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or Logistics.
- 3+ years of sales experience in LTL transportation preferred.
- Strong sales mentality with a hunter approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
