L**'analyste financier.ère** aura comme responsabilités de développer des standards d’analyses pour les entités du groupe dans le but d’établir des comparables pour les différentes équipes de gestion ainsi que le conseil d’administration.
Principales fonctions:
- Supporter les opérations dans la création, le maintien et l’optimisation des indicateurs de performance
- Créer, tester, valider des nouveaux rapports financiers
- Préparer mensuellement les résultats financiers consolidés (CAD-USD)
- Participer à l’élaboration de présentations destinés au comité exécutif et au conseil d’administration
- Collaborer à la préparation du budget annuel et des analyses afférentes
- Participer à l’amélioration et à la mise en place de contrôles internes.
- Participer à la mise en place d’un nouveau ERP
- Participation à différentes activités reliées au cycle comptable
- Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes reliées au poste
Compétences requises
- Baccalauréat en administration des affaires profil comptabilité
- Détenir un titre comptable ou en voie d’obtention
- Excellentes compétences analytiques et connaissance intermédiaire d’Excel et Power BI
- Expérience minimale de 3 ans dans un rôle similaire (un certain niveau d'autonomie est requis)
- Très bonne maîtrise de l’anglais tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit afin de desservir les différentes unités d'affaires hors Québec
- Maîtrise de la suite MS Office (Excel, Power BI, Word, Outlook)
- Expérience avec un ERP, EPM et un système de consolidation est fortement souhaitable
