About the Team: ZF Automotive Canada Ltd. is seeking a Production Supervisor to join our Axle Assembly team. This is a 100% onsite role operating on a swing shift schedule (2 weeks on days, 2 weeks on afternoons), with regular overtime and holiday work. You’ll be part of a strong supervisory team reporting directly to the Operations Manager. Shift hours are: 1st Shift (6am–3pm), 2nd Shift (2pm–11:30pm), 3rd Shift (10pm–7am). This is a fast-paced, high-impact role ideal for leaders who thrive in dynamic manufacturing environments.

What you can look forward to as a Production Supervisor:

• Responsible for supervising up to 100 unionized employees.
• Implement production policies and procedures.
• Delegate manufacturing tasks so that the team can meet production deadlines.
• Resolve and track daily production issues as they develop.
• Responsible for coordinating maintenance employees when production issues arise.
• Conduct daily shift-start communication meetings on safety, quality and delivery.
• Foster a team-work environment, motivate employees, administer counsel and progressive discipline.
• Document employee issues and escalate potential respectful workplace or harassment claims.

Your profile as a Production Supervisor:

• High School Diploma required.
• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing modular facility. Relevant experience outside of a modular facility may be considered if applicable.
• Experience working in a fast-pace, team environment.
• Must possess strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Organized and self-motivated.
• Experience working in a Unionized environment is highly preferred.
• Must be able to work all shifts if required as well as weekends.
