• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Nintex K2 workflow solutions.
• Design and implement workflows, SmartForms, SmartObjects, and integration with external systems (e.g., SharePoint, SQL Server, REST APIs).
• Maintain and support existing K2 applications, troubleshoot issues, and apply enhancements as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and optimize business processes.
• Ensure best practices are followed in workflow design, version control, and deployment.
• Prepare technical documentation, including design specs and user guides.
• Provide training and support to end users and stakeholders on K2 solutions.
