About the role
What You’ll Support:

Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
-
Document current and future state ERP process workflows - enhancements, and integrations, with a focus on end-user experience and data integrity. This includes architecture diagrams that support systems planning and decision-making.

Work with teams to develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
-
Produce clear and concise technical documentation.
-
Organize and lead meetings with stakeholders and project teams
-
Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and provide training
-
Create detailed use cases to support system design and development.
-
Develop comprehensive test plans to ensure system functionality and performance.
-
Support project management activities.
-
Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users.
-
Coordinate with external vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
What You Bring:
-
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within the CPG, manufacturing, or food industry.
-
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, IFS, NetSuite).
-
Strong understanding of business process documentation, SOP development, and workflow modeling.
-
Proficient in creating architecture diagrams (using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, etc.).
-
Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
-
Proven experience working alongside Project Managers and cross-functional teams.
-
Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
-
Experience developing and delivering end user training sessions.
-
Experience with cloud-based systems or digital transformation initiatives.
-
Familiarity with ITIL or Agile methodologies.
Nice to have:

Experience working within the Microsoft business suite - Planner, Teams, SharePoint etc.
-
Agile, and or PMI certifications
Notes:
- This is a 12-month contract. Approximately 20 hours per week
- Location: Richmond, BC, with the ability to work out of office a minimum of three days a week
- This will pay between $60.00 - $80.00/hour with a 10% completion bonus
