Job description:

We are looking for a full-time Google Ads media buyer with a "growth hacker" mentality who is obsessed with conversions. We are not looking for someone to do brand awareness ads. Our agency focuses on bringing in actual results. Whether that's sales, donations, or leads.

Who You Are:

  • Proactively plans, builds, and launches paid media campaigns across all major Google Ads platforms.
  • Has hands-on experience managing and optimizing 6-figure monthly budgets, taking full ownership of campaign strategy, deployment, and performance.
  • Skilled in Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Demand Generation campaigns.
  • Proven experience running high performance YouTube Ads campaign focused on conversions, not just views or brand lift.
  • Conducts keyword research and audience segmentation to refine targeting and improve efficiency.
  • Continuously monitors performance metrics and proactively adjusts campaigns to drive results.
  • Designs and executes A/B tests for creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
  • Analyzes campaign data to extract actionable insights and optimization opportunities.
  • Fully leverages Google Analytics for funnel tracking and performance attribution.
  • Understands full-funnel marketing, conversion tracking, and attribution modelling.
  • Familiar with Google Tag Manager and Google Ad Manager, including audience setup, tag/event firing, and backend tracking.
  • A proactive self-starter who excels at prioritizing tasks and consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Able to clearly communicate data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Passionate about performance - hungry for conversions and always testing new ideas to scale results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in Google Ads media buying.
  • Strong background in digital advertising, including conversion-focused marketing.
  • Technical proficiency with back-end tracking: placing tags, tracking analytics, configuring events, and pulling performance reports.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices across Google Ads and the broader digital landscape.
  • Previous experience in an agency or fast-paced environment is highly preferred.
  • A true team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
