Are you a driven sales professional looking to grow your career with an industry leader? Liteline Corporation, Canada’s largest privately held lighting manufacturer, is seeking a motivated Regional Sales Manager to drive sales and build strong customer relationships in the GTA Region.

With a 160,000 sq. ft. facility in the Greater Toronto Area and over 140 employees, Liteline specializes in innovative LED lighting solutions and is a leader in the lighting industry.

What You’ll Do:

  • Exceed sales targets by creating demand, identifying business opportunities, and building strong client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and share market insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by keeping up with product innovations and competitor activities.
  • Deliver expert guidance by providing customers with technical support and value-driven solutions.

What You Bring:

  • Proven sales experience with a results-driven mindset.
  • Preferred experience in the electrical or lighting industry market or similar
  • Strong communication skills to convey technical product details and value propositions effectively.
  • A customer-first approach with a positive, friendly attitude.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A strategic mindset to develop sales plans and measure success.
  • Ability to manage relationships between customers and industry partners.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
